How does it work?

How to use
The oil is meant for external application only. One or two spoons of 5ml oil is to be taken in a bowl. Dip fingertips in the oil and start massaging the affected area with fingertips gently. Too much pressure should not be applied and the oil should not be used in cut and damaged skin. Massages should be done in circular motion for at least 5 minutes. These steps could be repeated 3 times a day for 15 days for best results. A hot fomentation after massage maximizes results.
